Delores (Repschlaeger) Ronnenkamp, 93, of Bancroft, NE, passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at West Point Living Center in West Point, NE. Funeral services for Delores will be held Monday, April 15, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bancroft, NE, with Pastor Brion Tolzman officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 14, 2013 from 4:00–7:00 p.m. at the Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home in Bancroft, NE. Burial will be in the Bancroft City Cemetery in Bancroft, NE. Memorials may be directed to the family. Delores was born January 28, 1920, to Lucinda (Limer) and Herman Repschlaeger in Cuming County Nebraska. She was one of nine children. She was married to George Ronnenkamp on Jun 27, 1941 at Zion Lutheran Church of rural Bancroft. They raised two children, Charles and Richard, on a farm north of Bancroft. She helped with many tasks on the farm. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Bancroft and active with the Altar Guild for many years. In 1984, Delores and George moved to Bancroft and spent many hours at the Senior Center. Health problems in 2007 caused Dolores to move to St. Joseph’s Retirement in West Point, NE, followed by a move to the West Point Living Center in 2009. Delores is survived by sons Richard Ronnenkamp of Albion, NE and Charles (Lori) Ronnenkamp of Houston, TX; two brothers Elmer (Shirley) Repschlaeger of Harrison, OH, and Marvin (Evelyn) Repschlaeger of Fremont, NE; sister Lydia Ronnenkamp of Fremont, NE; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Delores is preceded in death by her husband George, parents; brothers Herman, Jr., Arnold and Herbert; sisters Gertrude Jahnke and Irma Bliemeister.
