Terry R. Roeber

Terry R. Roeber, 69, of Fremont, Nebraska died on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Fremont Area Medical Center in Fremont, NE. Funeral services for Terry will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at the Munderloh – Smith Funeral Home in Pender; Pastor Robert Schilling of St. John’s Lutheran Church will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery south of Pender. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation. Terry was born on September 11, 1944 in West Point, NE, the son of Marvin and Mabel (Kratke) Roeber. He graduated from Pender High School in 1962. Following graduation he attended Wayne State College. He worked in various jobs in his life until his health forced him to retire. He enjoyed his time fishing and trapping, playing cards and the time he spent at the casino. Most of all he loved his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his children: Jeff (Joye) Roeber, Matt Roeber, Corey Roeber, and Stacey Roeber all of Fremont; five grandchildren: Stormey Poast, Kimberly Poast, Cheyanne Roeber, Landon Hope and Bryson Roeber. He is also survived by his nephews and many cousins. Terry was preceded in death by an infant daughter Jennifer, his parents and a brother Dennis.
