Jan Richard Webster

Jan Richard Webster, 63, of Lincoln, NE, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019 at a Lincoln hospital.  Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Pender; Pastor Karen McNeill-Utecht will be officiating. A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 beginning at 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Munderloh - Smith Funeral Home in Pender.  Burial will be at a later date at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Cemetery in rural Pender. Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation.  Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh - Smith Funeral Home in Pender, NE.   Jan was born June 2, 1955 in Pender, NE to Richard L. and Eleanor M. (Radtke) Webster. He graduated from Pender High School in 1973. After high school, Jan began farming with his father. He enjoyed taking vacations and traveling, Las Vegas was one of his favorite places to visit. Jan also enjoyed bowling, hunting, trivia, as well as math and reading. Jan always wanted to know more on a topic and loved to make people laugh. He was currently employed as a fabricator at General Dynamics in Lincoln. Jan is survived by his son, Kyle (Richelle) Webster of Pender, NE; daughters, Apryl (Dr. Jason) Dolliver of Pender, NE, Sherry (Dr. Joseph) Carreau of Jefferson, SD, Kelly (Dave) Heinemeyer of Omaha, NE; mother, Eleanor Webster of Pender, NE; sister, Nancy (Stan) Gerbig of Lincoln, NE; nine grandchildren, Maya, Madalyn, and Mayci Dolliver, Isabelle, Elliot, Emmersen, and Everett Carreau, Maverick Webster, and Beckham Heinemeyer. He is preceded in death by his father, Richard.
