Lennox T. Pritchard

Lennox Thomas Pritchard, 29 days, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2019. Funeral services will be on Friday, May 17, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Church in rural Pender, NE; Pastor Robert Schilling and Pastor Richard Pingel will be officiating. The visitation will be Thursday, May 16, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Pender. The burial will be in the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family for future designation. Arrangements are under the direction of Munderloh-Smith Funeral Home in Pender.

Lennox was born April 17, 2019 to Maxx Pritchard and Trisha Simonsen of Omaha, NE. After struggling with an infection, he passed gently from the arms of his parents to the arms of Jesus. He is now learning how to farm from his great-grandpa Wayne Allen and how to fish from his great-grandpa Eugene Simonsen.

During his short stay on Earth, Lennox was known by his nurses and doctors as being feisty, but he really enjoyed feeling the calming touch of his parents and listening to their voices. He was loved by all who met him and by those who did not get to meet him. Lennox will be greatly missed.

Lennox is survived by parents, Maxx Pritchard and Trisha Simonsen of Omaha, NE; grandparents, Larry and Linda Simonsen of Pender, NE, Kelly and Paul Mundt of Fountain Valley, CA, Tom Pritchard and Michelle Westphal of Omaha, NE; great-grandparents, Ev and Larry Christensen of Casey, IA, Ken and Marlene Pritchard of Mountain Home, AK; great-grandmothers, Sally Allen of Pender, NE and Betty Simonsen of Pender, NE; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Eugene Simonsen and Wayne Allen.
